Rude call center
I am a bonitas member I have breast cancer and undergoing treatments and these call center people are rude and don't help and just give me more stress which I don't need all I was calling for is my authorisation regarding radio therapy treatment i needed to go for an urgent appointment while my husband is able to take me I spoke to 6 different people with nobody assisting me I get email about treatment that's already finished and not what Im actually quering, they are just rude and not sympathetic to people that are actually sick and need help just add to our sickness and stress
