I took medical aid from work, from previous experience, I did not have any waiting periods e.t.c. NOW wow, this has been a different experience. I was denied maternity cover for the birth of my child and now have to resort to public hospitals. The process of reviewing this issue has taken more than a month to get any solid feedback and a lot of back and forth nonsense from different departments. BONITAS is as good as Department of health and if you are reading this DO NOT SIGN UP.... its Absolutely ******* medical aid, more of ***** if anything. Now I will wait for the end of the year according to company policy "EOH" to move to a real medical aid provider.

Lost all hope.
