*********** Pensioners
We handed in my dad's income verification documents and received an email on the 11/12/2019 stating that the "2020 contribution is R2682,00." Query or reference number : 091219QSP4JY. Keep in mind my dad is 76years old and we submit documents every single year even though he's a SASSA pensioner. Fast forward January 2020 and my dads account was debited R3385,00.
Somebody at Bonitas care to explain how and why you are *********** an old man?

14 Jan 2020, 13:59Bonitas called to let me know that the consultant made a mistake. No, its not a mistake its called incompetence! Sadly we the clients are on the receiving end of it constantly. And secondly, an almost 15% increase on a premium is just ****************!!!
Bonitas is the worst, they never give you answers, they just create more problems!!!
