I was a member for a while until end of April with savings portion with about R8000 plus in June normally they refund you after 4 months in May , June,July and August no claims was paid by the scheme therefore my refund is supposed to be the R8000 plus around July I was told I have R4000plus which I queried and they never respond and today I got an sms that they will pay me R1700 in May I paid a contribution of R7608 that they also need to refund because my cover ended in April they ignored me as well
