<p>Bonitas are a total ripoff. They advertise "they pay us and we give them what they pay for" yet they do the complete opposite. They want R15 000 of my money to give me absolutely nothing in return! Talk about false advertising! I should complain to the advertising standards authority...</p> <p> </p> <p>They want to impose a 3 month waiting period for NO justifiable reason. I have been on medical aids my entire working life so completely fail to understand or accept a sudden unjustified 3 month period without medical aid</p> <p> </p> <p>*********, unhelpful and a ripoff. They don't even have the common courtesy to respond when I ask them to cancel my membership. What a lousy experience dealing with this company - I regret ever having app**** in the first place. </p>
