Due to financial strain my medical aid was suspended, I app**** for a cheaper option with motivation as to why I need to do this, while this was going on my membership was terminated. I phoned them and said ok that 's fine so I want to reapply for the lower option. I was told that I cannot apply to Bonitas until I pay the outstanding fees for my terminated membership???? Now please tell me how does that work, who gets that money?? certainly not me. I have been a member for over 15 years and now they tell me this ****????????????????????
