Ridiculous, Poor, Disorganized Service
If I could give a 0 I would, this is the worst medical aid I've ever had! From day one of joining I had constant problems, you wait numerous days if you send an email to customer care, when you phone, they don't have your previous issues on record, they are so disorganized and pathetic and should rather just close down. Their app and WhatsApp service is also useless so there's no way to communicate them and know a query will be resolved. I terminated my membership after one year. Pathetic!!!!!
