Ridiculous increment for 2017

<p>I am beyond shocked, I've been with bonitas on boncap since March 2015 of which I started off paying R330 and this year I've been paying R370, the deduction for December was R2052, I'm confused as to how, I sent my bank statement and was asked for forms that I know nothing about. I understand that the next 2 days are public holidays but I would like my money back within 24 hours of the 28th as I have other debit orders that are held off by this ridiculous deduction. I am livid right now and I'm actually over the service and lack for concern. I'd like to cancel my membership and get my money back ASAP. And the fact that there is no statement sent or updated for the deduction is even worse (medical aid number ********** 4499). Even one star is too much </p>
