Ridiculous Customer Experience
I've had issues with my bonitas app for months now, I've queried the same issue to a few different consultants and keep getting told that it will be escalated to the digital team and a call will be made to be, 3 months later and no call made to me but I have to keep calling. This has been happening for months now, it's very disheartening. How can I trust Bonitas is able to help with my medical needs if they can't assist with straightforward technical queries
