Ridicules acount rejected : PMB APPROVED

I am a hemiplegic and had an ankle operation to address my unstable ankle. My impairment is classified as a PMB. I received an account from dr Visser. To my surprise Bonitas rejected the account "no more funds" The account is for a plaster cast and after care. How possible not to pay for my plaster cast, my impairment is an approved PMB (ICD-10-CM Code G81.1 ******* hemiplegia) and indicated on the account that was submitted to Bonitas. ICD 10 CODE WAS G80.2 According to the rules: Once your Scheme limits are used up further services, as listed in your Care Plan, will continue to be paid from a RISK POOL. Code used on account is Hemiplegia G81.9- con******* (cerebral) G80.8 ******* G80.2 ******* G81.1- con******* G80.2 The same condition under umbrella. Must the account icd 10 code be changed?
