Revolting service

I have had bad service many times but dealing with an agent named Justice from the membership department of Bonitas Medical Fund just takes the trophy, this is not the first time i had to deal with him and seems like this is the type of attitude he gives to clients. If Bonitas would employ such people and keep them says alot of about the scheme its self. He doesn't even deserve the minimum star.
