Request for hand build up of day to day benefit

I have requested my day to day benefit statement from Bonitas in Nov. Then found out that some hospital accounts were processed under my day to day benefit. The reversals has been done. I had to wait till 1 Dec to see if the system were updated and found that I still have no funds available. I requested from Bonitas a hand build up with ONLY the claims paid from my day to day benefit (excluding all the incorrect payments and reversals as this should not be part of my day to day. The reason for this was that their to day to day benefit statement from the system , includes all the incorrect claims with reversals. If I removed the incorrect claims, I still have funds of under R1700 left. My calculations are done, but Bonitas are struggling 2 weeks to do this calculation. Seems that no one can do the hand calculation and just assumes the system is correct. And they said, they confirm that the system generated statement is correct. I need this statement, as I feel that I am ****** from my day to day benefit. Maybe time for someone to test if their system is correct and teach the rest how the system does the calculation. I am through so many calls and facebook messenger, it's a real struggle to get this build up.
