Replacement cards
I wrote on this platform last year November regarding to my replacement card which I was advised that the delivery time for posting is normally 14 working days, up to now I have not received the card yet. Im not sure why this has not been treated as urgency and this is my last resort of complaining that I don't have a card.Im struggling to get to a GP because of the card and instead I need to pay money to consult a GP but I have a medical aid which it seems that I'm paying for not using the services
