maternity benefits that is not actived by fund bonita medical aid On the 22 I call to activate maternity benefits they say it’s active on the 28 I went to Melomend to se my gynaecology and I call again they no it’s fine .mu doctor do everything and refer me to pathcare for blood test as part of pregnancy then I took all blood .On the 5 I receive invoices payment was rejected later on I go to bonita and I chat with a agent he/she tell something different instead she ask me to change plan fine I fill the form and send it that matter is also not resolve on the 17 pathcare send invoice payment rejected I want to understand what I am paying for and wha is maternity benefits of my claim will be rejected and ur agent lies . Only yesterday an agant say no maternity benefits was link to you and she give me email to send I owe my doctor r2000 and pathcare r2000 while I have medical aid since 2015 am very frustrated as u can see I didn’t sleep coz this is stressing me while am pregnant you want me to go and Que at the clinic while I have a active plan this need to be resolved immediately bcoz 8 September I have appointment again with my gynaecology .
