Rejecting all claims for no reason!

<p>Apart from my GP visits not being paid by Bonitas, now they are also rejecting my other claims as well. On 16 April I submitted a claim. I had to pay cash upfront and claim back from my Medical Aid. However, the *********** staff can't even read emails properly. All the required info was attached, yet they just reject it. And they never reply to your emails or queries either. And once again I have to spend hours on the phone and email doing their jobs for them. They are a complete and utter waste of time! I can't wait to switch medical aid at the end of this year!</p>
