Rejected Claims

Run. The financial slump that bonitas is putting me through, I have 3 kids and when I changed my option I was told I will have unlimited GP consultations and complete lie. I have had 3 rejected claims from network Dr's, I checked before going to the Dr & the GP is on their network but still rejected. The receptionist even called before walking into the Dr's office and they said they would pay but the claim has been rejected. I honestly don't know what I am paying for at this point I need a new medical aid because this is daylight *******. I call and I am told an investigation will be done and they never get back to me, as for the whatsapp service it's completely useless I don't even know why it is still active. I feel betrayed, ****** and emotionally abused by bonitas.
