Regrets withdrawing case with the council against Bonitas

Have been having problems with Bonitas since the beginning of this year. The biggest mistake I made was to withdraw a case against them with the Medical Schemes Council when it was allocated an investigator thinking I will give them a chance to resolve issues internally as they promised. I was told to pay R900 that was in arrears when I switched plans because I am an advance paying member. I did and sent proof of payment. Followed up with a call. A few days later received allocation confirmation and that everything is up to date last week. Lo and behold, they still debit my account for the "arrears" I paid and was allocated this week again. I have given hope that they can ever get anything right.
