Refusing to pay for Claim
Absolute worst Medical Aid I have ever had to deal with. Bonitas is refusing to pay one of my claims for NO valid reason. They say the practice number is wrong on the claim, but it definitely isn't. I even took the liberty to email the GP and double check the practice number, got it on email that it is correct and sent it to Bonitas. They STILL refuse to pay. As far as I know, this is supposed to be Bonitas job, not the clients.
As of November I will be leaving this medical aid. I do not and will never recommend it to anyone. The bad reviews on Hellopeter should be a wake up call.
