Refusing a bank stamped banl.statement
I apply for a refund at bonitas last month.iv esent all the documents they want.now the problem is bank statement i first sent the one from the app , they said they dont want it they want a statement certified by the commissioner of auth.i went to the bank physically they put the original stamp i sent it and call them.again.
Still they dont want it i went to Primrose SAPS to ask them.to stamp.it they refused saying it ******** to stamp a bank statement that has a stamp.
I called bonitas again, they advicr me to go to Post office, i just came back from Primrose post office they dont certify a stamped bank statement.i am.tired now
I even requested my last telephone recording when i was advice to go to post office they dont do that. Please tell me what more do you want from me to.get my refund back.
I am tired im not gonna call you for this issue again

16 May 2025, 12:36I got a call 30 minutes ago from bonitas , a lady said i must go back to capitec bank , i am.currently at capitec they only have the bank stamp that i have already submitted to them.now im.on the phome with bonitas as im typing here they are still emphasising that the branch manager must commissiomer this . The manager is telling them they dont do that.
So bonitas as your consultant says there were other capitec clients that their stamped bank statement were certified by capitec, please provide me with that branch that does that l, because write now the manager is omnthe phone with them .so please tell me which SAPS that certifies a stamped bank stament or capitec bank.
I am currently inside the bank , and they dont have a commissioner of outh, or i must go to court

The stamp that you are looking for at capitec is not available they only habe the stamo that o have already submitted the ome that you dont want.the ink stamp.
Since the Post office and SAPS does.not certify a stamped bank statement and my bank does not have a commissioner of oath. All capitec branches dont have that.
I stay in Primrose Hill, for the last time where can I go to get what you want because, i cant be going up and down, since you have an experience and have clients who certified a stamped bank statement can you read on those stamps and tell me go therr
