Refuse to help with preventative care, even with substantiated risk

Were Bonitas policies written by a m o r o n?

Bonitas won’t let me join the mental health programme and won’t pay for my medication because I am not currently suicidal, despite the fact that I have a long history of chronic mental health conditions. I work very had with a combination of medication, doctors and therapies to keep my mental health in check, but it seems they are not willing to help prevent another episode. This is such backwards thinking. In the brochure they claim to teach you to “understand the importance of preventative car” under the mental wellness section on the standard plan, but apparently won’t help you with that. My mind is blown by this “logic”

I was promised a phone call by Monday and my issue is still in the air. Why have I not had any feedback about my medication? I reiterate - dealing with Bonitas is like pulling teeth

NO IT HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETELY RESOLVED. My medication is not fully covered even though I follow your rules about where to get my meds. How do you people not understand the importance of dosage? This is called NEGLIGENCE. I have submitted all necessary supporting documents and motivation letters from medical professionals.

Please have a manager contact me telephonically because this is obviously above the mental capacity of who ever is handling this case.
