Refuse to dispense chronic

Bonitas is refusing to pay for my pmb medication I am a known emphysema patient and have the chronic medication approved. The pharmacy told me to submit my script to the medical aid, I have spoken to a person on WhatsApp and called. I’m confused is pmb not medication that I’m going to receive so I can have it even if i cannot afford.
