Refusal to pay my savings fund

Bonitas Medical Aid Scheme is the worst and I would not recommended it to anyone. they are ****** and they will go to all length not to refund you your medical saving funds. I waited for fours months for my refund and now they are claiming that they have transferred the saving to my new medical aid scheme and they wont give me proof of payment.
