Refusal to Pay Claim
Bonitas have refused to pay this claim.
I had undergone a corneal cross linking procedure. My ophthalmologist works in contract with Bonitas and performs this procedure regularly and confirmed many times that Bonitas pays this claim out of the hospital benefit. But when I submitted the claim, Bonitas said it pays from the savings account.
I’ve following up several times and even lodged a formal complaint. They still refuse to pay.

I’ve requested a record of the in-app chat history (to take this to the Counsil for Medical Schemes) but haven’t received anything.
