Refusal of Refund

Good day,

My name is Tshepo Makoti I'm a member of Bonita's Medical Aid Membership number : ********** 8635 . my issue is with Bonita's Medical Aid is refusing to pay back my refund , I was on Bonsave package later on changed to Primary select which means I was due for a refund ,however Bonita's has been giving me a headache with my refund, they requested a Bank statement which I gave them ,they've been telling me that the case has been escalated and giving me reference numbers 310519qg3f52 .

I don't know what to do any more I'm running out of ideas ,can you kindly assist me .
