REFUSAL FOR CHRONIC MEDICINE
My mother was placed on Pradaxa for serious medical condition by cardiologist and it was declined by Bonitas.When I tried to contact them, the person was very rude and put down the phone in my ear. They also refuse to give any written proof that they will accept any responsibility for complications that may arise.
