Refunds after leaving binitas

Ive been trying to get my refund back and successfully did all the forms and procedures that where asked of me. Received an email that the transfer would happen on the 17th and reflect the 19th of April.

i then waited, I get yesterday that before the closing of day that the refund to my bank account will only be paid on the 24th.

So I call the only number they have to get this straightened out , The call cenetre people have no clue what is going they can't give me a straight answer and there doesn't seem to keep to promise as per their emails when it will happen.

Hi , No need as your lovely call center lady I spoke named Porcha has resolved the issue, that none of your email call center could give me . that was a straight answer. Please, I advise you bonitas that you give that lovely lady a raise and credit do that she help.
