Refund paid into incorrect account and no feedback received when query is logged

I was supposed to receive a credit after cancelling my membership more than 4 months ago, I received an sms on Monday morning advising of the credit and I quickly sent through an email advising them to update my banking details in order for the funds to be transferred to my FNB account instead of the old ABSA account that I no longer use. Bonitas decided to ignore my emails and never updated my banking details, now they've credited the incorrect account which resulted in me lossing the money that I was supposed to receive today. Bonitas needs to credit me with whats due to me and transfer into the correct account as I did all that was required for me to do for them to update correctly and credit me. The turnaround time max should have been 48 hours at the most and still nothing has been done. All the required documents were submitted, however no one gave a damn on my request. I need my refund paid to my FNB account.

E-mail sent on Monday 09/01/2017.

Good day,

I’ve received an SMS informing me that I’m going to be credited with R629.67, however I’ve changed banking details from ABSA to FNB since November.

Please credit the following FNB account number: ********** 094 instead of ABSA account number: ********** 605.

Attached is the FNB statement for your validation.

FNB: Chq account

Name: BN Kabini

Awaiting your confirmation, thanks in advance.

Kind Regards,

Ndumiso Kabini

E-mail sent on 10/01/2017

Good day,

I’ve sent an email informing you of my bank and account number change. The person who contacted me couldn't assist as she had no answers to my questions and also couldn't provide an explanation as to why their SLA was broken so many times and also basic rules of processing queries were never followed. She promised to call back and till this day she hasn't.
