REFUND ON SAVINGS
I have been waiting for my savings refund for more than 30 days with no feedback. I keep calling daily with no one to provide me with feedback. The agent will answer the phone and place me on hold. I have been talking to Nxolile and Ndumiso; both agents have placed me on hold for more than 10 minutes with no feedback. I cancel my medical aid with Bonitas because of **** service.
