REFUND OF MY MEMBERSHIPFEE FOR AMOUNT R7291,00

I joined Bonitas from 1 January 2016.When I visit a pharmacy with a prescription for antibiotics,they couldn't get me on their system.The pharmacy contact Bonitas,the message was they don't accept me as a member.When I make follow up with my financial department it was noted to me that the medical aids can get on our persal to claim monthly fees which they didn't yet.I decided to give up immediately my membership with them,contact my broker for another medical fund.When the new medical fund goes through,my finance contact me to let me know that Bonitas deducted double payment for January and February. When I follow up with them it was notice to me they are looking for a letter which I did send.After receiving a letter and I make again follow up, the letter wasn't good enough, now a stamp of my HR is needed.In a day's time it is done and send back on 28 January via email.Timeously I make follow up until yesterday that I am highly fed up for this whole story and today that I am follow it up, now it will reflect with my March salary which is unacceptable.I have rent to pay as well debit orders to goes off.I want this money back in my bank account on or before 15 Feb 2016.POOR FUND!!!!
