Refund Not Yet Paid

I'm really upset that I have to keep calling for a query that should have been resolved already but is still open. I only find out today that the consultant had to escalate the matter again. I waited long enough as the turn around is past but I'm still waiting for my refund to reflect on my account.

I really don't how many more times I should be calling and having to wait more days for my query to be resolved.

I'M REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!
