Refund non existent of overpayment

<p>On 28.02.2017, i received a statement from Bonitas that I have a credit of R40.00 as I have paid in too much of the funds I owed the scheme after I resigned last Year August. I made the funds owed to them in FEbruary, but paid in too much. i have sent numerous emails since 7 March 2017 and everytime they close the case without sending my refund. I have even called them on 14th and was advised that money will be in my account in two days time but no money was paid into my account. I sent them my bacnking details too and on 14 and 29th I sent another email. They are ignoring my emails and are refusing to pay me back</p>
