Refund due has not been paid since August

I was a private client of Bonitas until June this year when the Department of Higher Education took over the payment of my contributions. My employer paid my contributions for June & July 2015 with Bonitas also deducting by debit order.After numerous calls and emails i was told I would be refunded for the period in question by Bonitas but to date no contributions have been refunded to me nor has Bonitas called me or responded to my emails. This refund is long overdue and I will be going the legal route should i get no joy.
