Refund Due -9 months and still awaiting

This is by far the worse medical aid company I have dealt with. I left the scheme last year April 2024.i was advised I need to wait 3 months for my medical savings to be refunded. I waited. In June they sent me a SMS with a link to fill out forms to get my refund. I filled in the forms and emailed it to them. They emailed me backing saying that I need to wait till October 2025 to get the refund as its 6 months from April. I awaited whole of October with no feedback November i resent the documents and they sent a very rude email saying they are waiting for Finance team to approve the refund. I did follow ups from November and December and they still waiting for finance to approve payment. We are in Jan 2026, and I called in today and it's the same new. Looks like the finance team don't work but knows how to send rude emails to client, yet I have been patient and sent very humble emails. I will never tell anyone to take Bonitas medical aid, as they are never efficient.
