Refund Disaster

Why do I have to wait for 2 weeks for a refund that they made payment just to be and the end in credit. Absolutely disgusted. Every time a different story. Bonitas it is not your money. It is mine. We have been loyal members for over 5 years and that is the kind of service we deserve. I don’t think so. Absolutely appalling!!
