Refund

I change my Plan and I send my documents through on the 7 November 2022. On my January 2023 payslip the amount for the old plan was deducted. Although I sent everything before the due date. I called Bonitas I spoke to several agents. Who promised me it will be paid this month. When I opened my payslip on the 9th of Feb it showed the correct Plan the money deducted is from the old plan which is R500 difference. This is an inconvience for me. I called Bonitas again this morning . They are telling me the same story.
