You guys dont even deserve the 1 star. I have been waiting for my refund and everytime I call, no one knows what's going on. Why are you guys doing this to people? Everytime I call, the only thing I'm being told is that my query is being escalated to Finance department. I bet even now I will get a response that my query is being escalated to Finance department. Wow , what a poor service. Unbelievable.

If I don't get my money today, I'm taking this up with the Ombudsman and for sure to all the social platforms. People need to know that you guys are ****** so they must stay away from this **** of a medical aid.
