Refund
I have been struggling for 2 week now to get a refund on my double payment of our monthly contribution. Each time a speak to an agent on the Bonitas Whatsapp option they have not received my documentation. I do not even get a response when I email my documents to *** and the other email address I received does not even go through ***.
