Good day
I have seen some reviews and see I'm not the only one that is struggling to get my refund from Bonitas. Please can this be dealt with urgently.
I have been calling and everytime I get told I will receive feedback or a callback, but never happens.i have sent all the necessary docs, and they confirmed all is in order,but still no payment is being processed. It's way past the turnaround time I was given. This is highly unprofessional for such a big institution.
