After I had canceled my medical aid, was advised that I will get my refund in May. Despite the numerous emails I have sent, no responses except for me to send ID photo for vetting purposes. Reference no:310125QS0F9R where I was promised that the refund will only be processed in May 2025 due to the scheme having a 4 month general waiting period. Today a consultant advised that she (Mmamosebetsi) will escalate my query to the Finance department, turnaround is 14 working days. Yho what a turnaround time to respond to client's queries. ***
