REDUCTION OF LARGE BREAST

I've been let down by Bonitas medical aid I don't know how their terms and conditions work. I suffer from thrush when it's hot, back, shoulders pain due to large breast I'm a size F or G I'm not even sure because it's difficult to get the right size when you have large breasts, its affecting me so much with my work I can no longer do my job without getting pains at night. I'm a boilermaker by trade we do a lot of lifting and bending. I've been waiting for the opportunity to do this operation for a long time because I cannot take this pain anymore. I was declined because criteria was not met which criteria? I don't understand is my pain not enough? I cry every night with the pain now its worse because my medical aid cannot do this for me.
