Redirected to old medical aid when logging in

I have made several attempts to get this sorted. When I log in to the Bonitas website it redirects me to my old medical aid Medshield. Because I no longer am with Medshield I obviously can't find a way to get to the Bonitas website for my personal details. I needed to log in this morning and am now fed up with this. Their technical support can't sort it and customer service can't help get this sorted either. I as the customer should not have to beg to get this sorted. This is unacceptable. When I have asked for help in the past I have also been told I can do it on the website!! BONITAS GET YOUR ACT SORTED PLEASE!! I love the medical aid but not this aspect of their service.
