Received baby bag late and huge disappointment

I was put on the bonitas baby bag list when i was about 6 months pregnant. I called them many times from the last few weeks of my pregnancy until now. I only received my bag today. Which was promised latest when my baby is 8 weeks old. He is now 6 months. The bag was a huge disappointment! I spent more calling them than what i received. On their website it states \You'll also get the Bonitas baby pack which features a beautiful baby bag and goodies for both mom and baby\". All i got was the baby bag, baby bum and aqueous cream and a small pack of size 5 nappies. Nothing for mommy. "
