Reaping of pensioners

I just cant believe the service, I am receiving from Bonitas. October I was advised to complete the income verification form and do the affidavit to stipulate that I am not working,I'm a pensioner. <br> I did complete all the documents as stipulated surprise surprise they came back stating that I also need to email the letter from SASSA which the was provided after my daughter made a follow up to check if all the paperwork is correct. We have been submitting everything from day 1 and now they come back and advise me that I need to pay R 2256, where will I get that kind of amount as a pensioner and now they are coming with different stories advising that the amount was supposed to be paid last year end of Dec for January. where on earth have you heard that crab. I am totally disappointed with the service that I AM GETTING FROM THEM
