really bad bad bad bad.

i am ****ed with this ****ing medical aid. i submitted documentation for an operation. i phoned 50 times for a authorization number and every time the "medical specialist" wants more and more documentation. this *********** thing cant call or send a mail requesting ALL THE DOCUMENTATION at once. every time i phone its something new. my uncle cant go to hospital because this person is *********** and is unable to do the job he was hired for. this reflects bad on your company. now my uncle needs to wait another year before he can go for the operation. this needs to be sorted out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
