Re-Evaluate Scheme Rules To The Benefit of the Customer and NOT the SCHEME _ BONITAS!!!!!
Bonitas is at it again!!! Every day a different claim with shortfalls since the last month. Only Dependant out of 3 who ever really used the Medical Aide. Am over R10 000 in debt for Medical Bills short payments, Have to pay all other consultations and medication cash yet I pay a fortune every month for Medical Aide! I am disgusted in this poor service!!! Hope these stupid scheme rules can be re-evaluated to the benefit of the customer and not the scheme! TOTAL *******!!!!
