You already dish out R2500 a month for Primary cover and when it comes to claiming for whatever you have done, even filling a tooth, you will always have to pay more. What is the point of paying medical aid if you will almost always have to pay in. They pay for ONE X-ray over 3 years for your teeth. Three years? Come on. That means if you change dentists or need a check-up again in a three year period, they will not pay. I have had to change dentists because the dentists on the Denis network are sub-par, yet they won't cover the Xrays I need.
