Rather avoid. Their promises and adverti*****ts are just lies really.
Overall the scheme is pretty terrible. They grossly undercut the amounts that medical professionals charge (IE consultation to a doctor is R400 and their scheme rate is R200) and their network is terrible.
I needed to go to a dermatologist and the only ones they had in the Western Cape was in George or Knysna. This means I have to drive 5 hours from Cape Town just to see a dermatologist for first consultation which won't be the last one. Effectively I would need to move to George to not have to have a roadtrip every time I need to go in.
This is just the last of MANY problems I have had with them. I will be cancelling my membership.
