quite pathetic
Due to me being unemployed i could not pay medical aid for 3 months. I have made numerous calls and emails to try and re instate medical aid and wanting to pay the full outstanding amount so the medical aid can continue.the only answer i get is to re apply and wait another 3 months. I have never used the medical aid once since i have it and now just loosing all that money??????
