The provider has been included on this email so that they can assist with an amended invoice so that we can process claim accordingly. Bonitas is not coming back to say EXACTLY what needs to be done. I logged complaints via Bonitas website, Twitter, email, Hello Peter and Google reviews and i am getting absolutely nowhere!
