Provider list hopelessly out of date

In general I haven't had issues with Bonitas. However, I've moved and was trying to find a new GP. Except their site was down so I couldn't find a "provider". So rang and for each of the three times I had to go through the tedious process of saying which area I was interested in and then being put on hold before being provided with a list. Except the list had outdated details and for none of the 7 areas for which I specified was the doctor available - except 1 who happened to be on leave. But bad service is par for the course. What brings me to Hello Peter is the last provider's details which I received. The telephone number didn't work - again - so I googled. It turns out the GP in question had died three years ago, had been struck of the practitioners register (later reinstated) and was known as the butcher of Rosebank. Nice. 2 hours later and I still haven't been able to find a GP.
